TACO MAC TO BRING AWARD-WINNING BUFFALO WINGS AND CRAFT BREWS TO HIRAM IN EARLY SPRING 2021November 9, 2020
Beloved Brand Known for Family-Friendly Dining, Sports Viewing and the Most Craft on Draft Continues Georgia Expansion with Newest Location at Poplar Square on Wendy Bagwell Parkway
Known for providing best-in-class wings, the most craft on draft and a great sports-watching environment, Taco Mac is opening its 28th restaurant in Hiram, Georgia, early spring next year. The beloved brand continues its expansion in Georgia and has signed a lease at the multi-use Poplar Square development located at 5886 Wendy Bagwell Parkway.
“We are thrilled to bring Taco Mac’s award-winning Buffalo wings, craft beers and exceptional Southern hospitality to the Hiram community,” says Taco Mac CEO Harold Martin, Jr. “Georgia is our home, and we want Taco Mac to be accessible to all communities across the state. We identified Hiram as an excellent opportunity to provide a neighborhood restaurant with a welcoming environment for families to convene around great food, beer and sports.”
The new Hiram restaurant is being designed by Plexus R+D with features that reflect a broader reinvigoration of the brand’s roots – sports and beer. Guests can look forward to Taco Mac’s recently enhanced menu featuring an all-new roster of juicy double-patty burgers, tasty sides and two new wing sauces, as well as special events for both Brewniversity members and Hiram neighbors leading up to the opening.
At a time when many restaurants are closing their doors due to the negative sales impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Taco Mac has seen positive year-over-year sales and has plans to expand across the state of Georgia over the next several years. Martin attributes Taco Mac’s success to its 41-year legacy of building guest loyalty through best-in-class menu items and beverages, a robust loyalty program centered around craft beer, continuous menu innovation and a commitment to the communities each restaurant serves.
To ensure the health and safety of those who work in and patronize its restaurants, Taco Mac is following strict safety guidelines and has implemented safety precautions recommended by local, state and federal governments, as well as the CDC, which are designed to combat the spread of COVID-19.
