TACO MAC ELEVATES CLASSIC FAVORITES WITH NEW FOOD AND COCKTAIL OFFERINGS

New Handhelds, Salads, Desserts and Cocktails to Wow Guests Starting June 19

 Taco Mac, Georgia’s favorite neighborhood sports bar serving fresh, never frozen, locally sourced wings and house-made sauces, is raising the bar on its menu with a variety of new selections this summer. Starting June 19, guests can pair the best sports viewing around with fresh, craveable items ranging from sandwiches bursting with flavor and crisp, cool salads to desserts and innovative cocktails.

Among the new food items are:

• Jumbo chili cheese dog served on a toasted hoagie with chili, cheddar jack cheese and fresh chopped onion
• Tropicalia fish sandwich served on toasted brioche with tartar sauce, dill pickle chips and shredded lettuce
• House-made chicken salad sandwich on a toasted telera roll with candied pecans, Craisins, celery and green onion
• Habañero BBQ fried chicken sandwich on a toasted telera roll with mayonnaise, bread and butter pickles, tomato and shredded lettuce (make it Buffalo with Buffalo sauce instead of habañero BBQ)
• Classic chopped salad with chopped iceberg, bell peppers, tomato, chopped basil, roasted corn, garbanzo beans, cumber, shaved celery, bacon pieces and house-made basil vinaigrette
• Asian chopped salad with Asian slaw, grilled chicken, wonton strips, house-made sesame vinaigrette, Asian Sweet Heat drizzle and sesame seeds
• Southwest salad with salad greens topped with grilled chicken, black bean and corn salad, bell peppers, avocado, crispy tortilla strips and chipotle ranch
• Butterscotch cronuts made with fried croissant pastry with bourbon brandy sauce

New signature cocktails include:

• Demerara old fashioned mixing Elijah Craig bourbon, Demerara syrup, Angostura bitters and Angostura orange bitters
• Bluegrass Brew made with Maker’s Mark, house-made Earl Grey tea, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, mint and Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur
• Strawberry Fields with Grey Goose Essences Strawberry and Lemongrass, house-made strawberry syrup, fresh lime juice, mint and ginger beer
• Elderflower 79 mixing Wild Leap vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, prosecco, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup
• Lavender Lemon Fizz with Atlanta Distillery gin, butterfly pea, fresh lemon juice, lavender simple syrup and 1821 Earl Grey bitters
