Parish Brewing Co. Tapped as Taco Mac’s May Beer of the Month

Parish Brewing Co.’s “no boundaries” brewing philosophy is showcased at Taco Mac during May. The Broussard, Louisiana, brewery crafts “intensely flavored, modern beer of the highest quality—no matter the style.” Featured beers include Canebrake Louisiana wheat ale, Dr. Juice juicy India pale ale, SIPS Pinot Noir Black Currant fruited Berliner weisse and Ghost in the Machine double India pale ale. Thursday pint night kicks off at 5 p.m. with Parish Brewing Co. giveaways (one item per person while supplies last): Parish cups on May 5; Dr. Juicy lanyard on May 12; Parish lip balm on May 19; and Ghost in the Machine pins on May 26.
