The allusion to the pink elephant a consequence of a delirium tremens the day before is not a chance. The reasons are multiple: first of all the beer possesses a degree of high alcohol; and on the other hand irresponsible consumers sometimes suffer devastating effects of a too much consumption of alcohol. This beer became the classic of the brewery appreciated especially for its qualities dégustatives as well as the mystery that hides itself behind the gray partitions of his characteristic bottle. This blond perfect one stresses the qualities of an exceptional houblon as well as of different clear malts. She offers herself points aiguës bitterness and unveils to the nose an astonishing malted coat. The conclusion combines a bitter and peppered tone without aggressiveness. She represents strong blond beer under its better appearance. She was sacred champion of the world of beers in 1998.

While our beers are many and diverse, yet unified by overarching boldness, India pale ales are our undeniable bread and butter. We’ve brewed many over the past 18 years, from double-down bitter bombs to piney session sippers. Whether it’s big IBUs or a precise ABV, there’s usually a target we’re shooting for. The same is true of this, our latest IPA, but we gave zero thought to any acronyms. This one was all about packing as much unique and, you guessed it, delicious flavor into a glass as humanly possible, regardless of oomph or octane. This intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. It’s unlike anything we’ve tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we’re excited to introduce to hopheads everywhere.

**Contains Lactose** Hazy Like a Fox is our first true NEIPA brewed with a blend of pale malt, oats, wheat, flaked barley and lactose. It pours a pale gold with an opaque haze. Pineapple and tangerine hop aromatics dance together in the nose while its taste is very soft with a juicy orange and tangerine finish. By tweaking the balance of our brewing water, we gave this beer a very soft and smooth mouthfeel with low perceived hop bitterness. Hazy Like a Fox was double dry-hopped, once during fermentation to give it huge orange juicy character and again post-fermentation to derive intense hop aromatics.

For this beer, we wanted to design a simple lager that was light in ABV but still very delicious and present on the palate. A delicate balance has been struck between the malts and German hops, leaving the impression of white bread, pepper, and nice noble hop character. These flavors are wrapped up in a dry, crisp package with a pleasant mouthfeel which all in all makes for a highly drinkable beer. Classic City Lager is the perfect companion to a day by the pool, a night out in Normaltown, a show at the 40 Watt, a round of disc golf, or a porch on Boulevard. It has just enough of everything in an extremely clean presentation to make it a great sessionable lager. It’s beautiful, balanced, and immediately classic.
