There are 2 options to obtain a copy of your W2:

1- Follow this link for instructions on how to access your W2 online (please note:  you will need to sign up for Self-Service).

2- Fill in and print the form at this link. Follow the instructions on this form.  Requests will be processed within 7 to 10 days.
