October Beer of the Month

October features Terrapin Beer Company brews. Terrapin was founded in 2002 in Athens, GA. Under supervision of their brewmaster Brian “Spike” Buckowski, they produced more than 25 beers this year, four of which are featured on the beer mat you’ll get with October’s beer of the month.

Cacao Arellana

The delicious porter was brewed with Taco Mac. Using a combination of chocolate and coffee beans and hazelnuts, Arellana is a robust beer suitable for nursing to enjoy each flavorful, aromatic note. Try it with our Mushroom Steak Burger.

Luau Krunkles

No need to travel to Hawaii when Luau Krunkles is on tap. One whiff of the passion fruit, orange, and guava aromas will transport you to the tropics while the juicy hops and smooth bitterness of this IPA create a balanced beer. Give this one a shot with our Shrimp Avocado & Mango Salad for a truly tropical meal.

Sound Czech

This light colored pilsner is crisp, dry and fresh. Made with 100% pilsner malt and an assertive hop balance to create a snappy and aromatic beer. You don’t have to be in Europe to appreciate this authentic pilsner presentation. It’s perfect with Grilled Chicken Nachos (with the chips on the side).

Hi-5 IPA

This tropical flavored IPA will make you want to hang ten, even if you’re not sure you know what that is! The blend of five citrusy, aromatic hops combine with a caramel flavored malt to provide balance. Break out your surf board, or maybe just your beach umbrella, and enjoy this beer with our Grilled Vegetable & Cilantro Black Bean Quesadillas for a lip-smacking good meal.
