Originally, stout meant “proud” or “brave”, but morphed into the connotation of “strong” after the 14th century. Why on earth should this brave and strong beer style not have its own day of celebration? National Stout Day is here at Taco Mac. We will be serving up the following delicious Stouts in many of our locations on Monday, November 4th or Thursday, November 7th. Make sure to check in to see which locations are serving which Stouts so you can get all of these new credits.

Left Nut Berry Delish-us Rye Stout

Tapping at: Suwanee, Cumming, Duluth, Johns Creek, Windward, Perimeter, Alpharetta, Mall of Georgia

Brewed in the Tropical Stout style, this is a black, sweet, fruity, moderately strong ale with smooth roasty flavors without a burnt harshness. Flavor is quite sweet with smooth dark grain, chocolate, raspberries, hazelnut and restrained bitterness. The roast character is moderated in the balance by the sweet finish. Our twist on the style is the addition of rye malt and red raspberries and hazelnuts, resulting in a perfectly “Delish-us” beer.
