These are unprecedented and unsettling times. Just a couple weeks ago, we—like you—were going through our normal routines: for us, that meant enjoying the NBA season, ordering beers for our annual Craft Beer Bracket, tasting new menu items to better serve our guests, and gearing up for an exciting March Madness. Unfortunately, times have fundamentally changed for all of us.

We are now in a community battle to stop the spread of a serious and deadly virus and we must all do our part. Since the outbreak and spread of COVID-19, our absolute top priority at Taco Mac has been and will continue to be ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, team members, and families.

As we navigate the evolving impact of COVID-19, our restaurants remain open, yet we are taking precautionary measures by temporarily moving to a “to-go only” model and removing the option to dine-in. Here’s how you can still order Taco Mac:

• Order online at tacomac.olo.comfor pick-up or delivery.
• Call your local Taco Mac restaurant to place an order for pick-up
• Order directly through your favorite third-party delivery provider: Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub and Postmates (provider availability varies by location)

While we have always followed strict sanitation guidelines, with recent events, we have implemented several additional measures to make our guests and team members feel as safe as possible. Specifically, we are taking the following precautions to protect our guests and team members and slow the spread of COVID-19:

• Increasing our already rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols, including the frequency of disinfecting all eating surfaces and other objects frequently touched by guests and team members
• Installing sanitization stations for guest use when picking up orders to go
• Closely monitoring the health and well-being of team members, and instructing anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution
  Taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local health authorities to stay on top of new information and recommended guidelines related to COVID-19

We are continuously monitoring the situation and applying additional measures as needed.
