GEORGIA LOCATIONS: MONDAY NIGHT BREWING
Eye Patch Ale IPA- A crisp, drinkable IPA. The earthy deliciousness of Cascade and Magnum hops, combined with upfront malt flavor, and balanced with a pirate’s sensibilities.
Fu Manbrew Belgian-Style Wit- A bright, spicy Belgian-style wit. An effervescent, easy-drinking wheat beer, brewed with Belgian yeast, German hops, and a whisper of ginger from the Far East.
Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale- A roasty scotch ale with a hint of smoke. Fullbodied, but not overpowering. Smokey, butnot in a creepy bar kind of way. Sweet, but not obnoxiously so.
NORTH CAROLINA LOCATIONS: OSKAR BLUES BREWERY
Dale’s Pale Ale- America’s first hand-canned craft beer is a voluminously hopped mutha that delivers a hoppy nose, assertive-but balanced flavors of pale malts and hops from start to finish.
G’Knight Imperial Red/Double IPA- This is a hefty, dry hopped double-red ale with a nose full of aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors.
Mama’s Little YELLA Pils- This is an uncompromising small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czech Republic famous. Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Saaz hops which make it a luxurious but low-dose refresher.
TENNESSEE LOCATION: FINCH’S BEER CO.
Cut Throat Pale Ale- A fresh and hoppy taste with just enough supporting malt makes it easy to kick back more than just one. The citrus hop character balanced with a malty backbone creates a delicious, accessible pale ale that is sure to satisfy with every sip.
Threadless IPA- This beer pours a darker amber color and finishes with a citrus flavor, and when combined, will require this to be the last IPA you ever drink! Well, maybe, we realize you will probably drink more, but the result of this recipe clearly evolves into a very balanced IPA.
Golden Wing Blonde Ale- Finch’s Blonde Ale is an easy drinking and approachable American craft beer. It has a moderately sweet malty aroma and is deep gold in color. When you first pour it, a soft lacey foam clings to the glass as malty aromas fill your nose and linger to the final sip.
