August 2012 BOTM

GEORGIA & TENNESSEE
It’s another split month! Half of our locations will have Shiner as Beer of the Month while the other half will be featuring Bridgeport! Head over to YOUR Taco Mac to find out what’s pouring!
SHINER (The following locations will be featuring Shiner in August)
Alpharetta/Old Milton Cumming Marietta/Dallas Hwy Perimeter
Chattanooga Kennesaw Metropolis Suwanee
Crabapple Mall of GA Newnan Virginia Highlands
Ruby Redbird- Shiner Ruby Redbird is brewed with genuine Texas Rio Red Grapefruit, the signature sweet citrus of the Rio Grande alley, and ginger. This lager beer features grapefruit tartness and finishes with a ‘lil kick of ginger.
Wild Hare Pale Ale- This classic American Pale Ale features two row barley malt with a blend of Munich and Caramel malt for rich malt flavor and golden color. High alpha Bravo and delicate US Golding hops are used for a crisp bitterness and assertive fresh hop taste and floral aroma.
Bock- With its deep amber color, distinctive rich flavor and full body, Shiner Bock demonstrates the care of a handcrafted brewing process of traditional German styles. This beer’s signature is the smooth, mellow, and always memorable taste.
BRIDGEPORT (The following locations will be featuring Bridgeport in August)
Canton Duluth Lindbergh Prado
Decatur East Roswell Peachtree City Windward
Douglasville Johns Creek Philips Arena Woodstock
India Pale Ale- Brewed with a blend of five hop varieties, BridgePort IPA presents a floral, citrusy aroma and full hop flavor, while down playing the bitterness. This award-winning IPA sparkles with effervescence, emitting its signature golden glow.Kingpin- This full-flavored, red-colored ale uses a rarely-grown hop varietal called Liberty from a fourth generation hop farmer in Silverton, Oregon. Kingpin also uses rye and caramel malts for its beautiful color and unique flavor profile.
Summer Squeeze- A refreshing brew infused with lemongrass and yuzu, an exotic asian citrus fruit. The result is bright and crisp, with a complex citrus finish. Perfect for washing down hot summer days and nights.
NORTH CAROLINA
Czech Style Pilsner- This about as traditional as Lagunitas beers get. Very true to the style of the greatest Pilsners of Central Europe, his beer is crisp and well-balanced, perfect for the summer, but still not afraid to give you a noticeable dose of hop flavor.
IPA- Are you prepared to spend the next few minutes with this special homicidally hoppy ale? If so, then savor the moment as the aging hop character engages the imperial qualities of the malt foundation in mortal combat on the battlefield of your palate!
Censored Ale- The original name of our original ale was originally derived from an origin so heinous that we cannot reveal its aboriginal origin. Sorry. Actually, it’s an easy drinking malty Copper Ale that goes easy on the hops.
