Dogfish Head Ancient Ales Beer Dinner
Join us for an archaeological adventure into the realm of Dogfish Head’s Ancient Ales series! Channel your inner Indiana Jones as we explore historic beer recipes from Turkey, Honduras, Finland and China. Through modern science, the brewers at Dogfish Head have been able to recreate these ancient beers based on residue found in actual drinking vessels from 900 to 3000 years old. Chef Peter has paired them innovative dishes, utilizing ingredients also found in the beers.
The event will take place at Taco Mac Lindbergh; Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Reception and hors d’ouevres begin at 6:30pm. Dinner is at 7:00 pm. Seat reservation is $65 plus tax, gratuity included. Space is limited, so reserve your seat TODAY!
